With a 17-year track record in physiotherapy across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, Sangita contributes her extensive experience with rehabilitation and manual therapy to our practice. Her approach goes beyond pain relief, focusing on empowering clients to build strength for lasting relief. Sangita is passionate about functional strengthening and tailors her care to each patient’s unique goals. She is committed to helping clients regain the ability to run, lift weights, dance, or simply enjoy joyful moments with their children or grandchildren.

Sangita has a keen interest in treating various conditions affecting the shoulders, hips, and ankles. Her expertise includes providing specialised care for:

  • Shoulder injuries and pain
  • Hip disorders and rehabilitation
  • Ankle injuries and rehabilitation

Her passion extends to Women’s Health physiotherapy, where she specialises in conditions such as:

  • Perinatal care
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Prolapse
  • Incontinence
  • Pre and postoperative gynaecological rehabilitation

Sangita completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) in 2006 at Auckland University of Technology and her Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine in 2012 at Otago University. She remains committed to her professional development, regularly attending courses and lectures, and staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices.

Outside the clinic, Sangita enjoys exploring London’s offerings and engaging in calisthenics training with gymnastic rings, bar and parallettes. She is currently chasing her handstand, as she left it somewhere in the 90’s!
