Tamara graduated from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa in 2003. She has an illustrious academic history.

This is testament to both her commitment to life-long learning. She loves to keep up to date with the very latest evidence based techniques and technologies in injury rehabilitation available.

Tamara completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies: Sports Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006.

Tamara completed her MSc Physiotherapy at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 2010. She researched the impact of a lifestyle physical activity on school going children.

She has presented her work at a number of internationally acclaimed conferences including the International Sports Science, Sports Medicine Conference in 2010, as well as the World Confederation of Physical Therapy, in 2011. She was also a lecturer at UWC.

Tamara’s advanced and specialised knowledge in pain management and postnatal rehabilitation, combined with her superior manual therapy skills enable her patients not only to recover, but flourish.

She is a compassionate, energetic, friendly and motivating Physio. In addition to the vast skill set that Tamara has, she also does dry needling and kinesiology taping alongside her pain management, injury rehabilitation and Mummy MOT
